In the commodities market, Gold breaks below the $1900 key psychological level and Oil breaks below the $80 key psychological level following continued worries about China\u2019s economy recovery and by extension the potential demand for oil from the world\u2019s largest importer of the liquid gold. In the US equities markets, we note that the State of Texas approved plans to require companies to include Tesla\u2019s EV charging technology in EV charging stations in order to be eligible for federal funds, according to a Reuters report. Lastly, we note that Walmart\u2019s (#WMT) earning\u2019s are due to be released today.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe title=\"FOMC7\u6708\u4f1a\u5408\u8b70\u4e8b\u9332\u3001\u5c06\u6765\u306e\u5229\u4e0a\u3052\u306e\u6249\u3092\u958b\u304f\" width=\"750\" height=\"422\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/QH_eSLNhV0A?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>\u30d6\u30eb\u30fc\u30e0\u30d0\u30fc\u30b0\u306e\u8a18\u4e8b\u306b\u3088\u308b\u3068\u3001\u30b4\u30fc\u30eb\u30c9\u30de\u30f3\u30b5\u30c3\u30af\u30b9\u306f\u793e\u5185\u306e\u6a29\u529b\u95d8\u4e89\u306b\u76f4\u9762\u3057\u3066\u3044\u308b\u53ef\u80fd\u6027\u304c\u3042\u308a\u3001\u793e\u5185\u306e\u5bfe\u7acb\u304c\u4e16\u9593\u306b\u6ce2\u53ca\u3057\u305f\u5834\u5408\u3001\u30b4\u30fc\u30eb\u30c9\u30de\u30f3\u30b5\u30c3\u30af\u30b9\uff08#GS\uff09\u306e\u682a\u4fa1\u306b\u60aa\u5f71\u97ff\u3092\u53ca\u307c\u3059\u3060\u308d\u3046\u3002<sup>\u00a0  &nbsp;<\/sup> of August. For our bearish outlook to continue we would like to see a clear break below the 0.6390 (S1)&nbsp; support level and a move towards the 0.6290 (S2) support base.
