\u79f0\u201c\u5305\u62ec\u82f1\u56fd\u5728\u5185\u7684\u8bb8\u591a\u56fd\u5bb6\u7684\u901a\u8d27\u81a8\u80c0\u538b\u529b\u52a0\u5267, \u5728\u8fd9\u4e2a\u8282\u9aa8\u773c\u4e0a\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u4e0d\u5efa\u8bae\u51fa\u53f0\u5927\u89c4\u6a21\u3001\u65e0\u9488\u5bf9\u6027\u7684\u8d22\u653f\u65b9\u6848\uff0c\u56e0\u4e3a\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u662f\uff0c\u8d22\u653f\u653f\u7b56\u4e0d\u80fd\u4e0e\u8d27\u5e01\u653f\u7b56\u4ea7\u751f\u4ea4\u53c9\u4f5c\u7528\u201d. \nIMF\u8b66\u544a\u82f1\u56fd\u653f\u5e9c\u91cd\u65b0\u8bc4\u4f30\u5176\u65b0\u7684\u51cf\u7a0e\u8ba1\u5212\uff0c\u53cd\u6620\u4e86\u5168\u7403\u7ecf\u6d4e\u5f62\u52bf\u7684\u62c5\u5fe7\uff0c\u56e0\u4e3a\u5bf9\u7ecf\u6d4e\u8870\u9000\u7684\u62c5\u5fe7\u52a0\u5267\uff0c\u53ef\u80fd\u5bfc\u81f4\u66f4\u5e7f\u6cdb\u7684\u6ea2\u51fa\u6548\u5e94\uff0c\u53ef\u80fd\u7834\u574f\u5168\u7403\u7ecf\u6d4e\u7684\u7a33\u5b9a\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u82f1\u9551\u5151\u7f8e\u5143\u6c47\u7387\u4ecd\u5904\u4e8e\u975e\u5e38\u4f4e\u7684\u6c34\u5e73\uff0c\u8fd9\u53ef\u80fd\u4f1a\u5728\u672a\u6765\u51e0\u4e2a\u6708\u63a8\u9ad8\u901a\u80c0\u538b\u529b<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure \u6211\u4eec\u6ce8\u610f\u52308\u6708\u4efd\u7f8e\u56fd\u671f\u623f\u9500\u552e\u7684\u53d1\u5e03\uff0c\u9884\u8ba1\u8be5\u6bd4\u7387\u5c06\u518d\u6b21\u663e\u793a\u840e\u7f29\uff0c\u53ef\u80fd\u4f1a\u5f71\u54cd\u7f8e\u5143,\u8fd9\u8868\u660e\uff0c\u5728\u901a\u8d27\u81a8\u80c0\u538b\u529b\u6301\u7eed\u8f83\u9ad8\u65f6\u671f\uff0c\u7f8e\u56fd
